To honour Earth Day 2024 we decided to gather our community out in nature, for the first (of many) Yoga in the Park 2024 on Sunday 21st April 2024.

Thank you to the wonderful Cotteridge Park for allowing us to use the park.
It was just fabulous to see so many people in the park working away in maintaining it to be the beautiful space it is, as we arrived yesterday morning!

50% of profit we make from any donation based Yoga in the Park practices goes back to the park.

THANK YOU to the fabulous group of humans who joined us yesterday. Mother Nature was definitely on our side as we enjoyed a practice under blue skies and sunshine, to the sound of the birds.

It was a joy to see familiar faces and new ones too!
