Cancelling a membership / monthly subscription.
One month advance notice is required to cancel any membership / monthly subscription.
An email must be sent to hello@yogaborne.com to request cancellation.
One month notice is from your next membership payment and not from the date of your email.
It is your responsibility to cancel your direct debit mandate to ensure that after your membership date ends further payments are not taken.
YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR DIRECT DEBIT AFTER FINAL MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT.
If you do not cancel your direct debit mandate and further payments are taken from your bank account, Yoga Borne takes no responsibility for this and will not offer any refund.
Yoga Borne is not responsible, nor can they cancel your direct debit mandate - this is solely the responsibility of YOU, the member / subscriber.
Cancelling a class
We know that your diary is an ever changing beast, so you can cancel booked classes up to three hours before the stated class start time.
You can cancel on our website or via the Glofox app. If cancellation is made 3 hours before the class start time your class credit will be put back onto your account.
If you paid by card for a single session then this will go onto your Glofox account as a class credit.
If you ‘late-cancel’ outside of the three hour window, you will still be charged for the session / a class credit will still be deducted from your account.
If you are a member and you 'late-cancel' on two or more occasions in any given month, you may lose advance booking privileges for one full month.
CANCELLING A WORKSHOP / SPECIAL EVENT
We do not offer refunds on any workshops or special events, including day retreats.
These events take additional time and expense to arrange, and as a small business we cannot afford to refund or offer a credit back for cancellation / no show.
We understand that life can throw curve balls, and if there is a special circumstance, you will need to contact us via hello@yogaborne.com to discuss.
We appreciate your understanding.
PREGNANCY YOGA
Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are suitable for those 14+ weeks in their pregnancy journey.
Our general classes are not suitable for pregnancy as we cannot guarantee that special adaptations and modifications will be offered, we want to ensure that both mom and baby are as safe as can be, and not all of our teachers are qualified in Pregnancy Yoga.
We are passionate about offering a specific Yoga class experience for this important time in your life.
If you choose to join a general Yoga class and do not disclose to the teacher that you are pregnant, this is at your won risk.
You will be required to fill in a PAR-Q form prior to your first class.
If this is not automatically sent to you via email following your first booking then please let us know by contacting us via hello@yogaborne.com
Should there be any changes to your health and wellbeing during your pregnancy, you are required to inform the teacher verbally and also update us via email.
Whilst we understand the unpredictable journey of pregnancy, as a small business we cannot offer refunds / exchanges / carry over classes or course bookings that you are unable to attend.
Our Pregnancy Yoga classes are very popular, and often have a waitlist, so we do ask that you cancel your spot as early as possible, which allows another mom-to-be to join us.
Whilst we do not offer exchanges or refunds of classes, we do appreciate and encourage that friendships are made.
With this in mind, if you cannot attend your class and wish to offer the space to another mom, it is extremely important that you contact us about this so that we can book the correct person into the class. This is necessary for health and safety and record keeping.
Drop in class bookings that are cancelled within 3 hours of the class start time will be credited back to your Glofox account. If you cancel outside of this time, unfortunately your payment is forfeited.
If you cannot make your in person class booking we do offer the option to join us online, but you will need to email us in advance and request a change of booking.
If you choose to join us online, we advise that you practice mindfully and gently, as there will not be a teacher available to assist you.
Online classes are at your own risk, and your own responsibility.
Our aim is to support you and your baby as best we can!
