WE ARE YOGA BORNE!

Fantastic quality of teachers, warm welcome, inclusive teaching style and love your holistic approach. I’m inspired by your balance with yoga philosophy and meditation as much as movement.

Yoga Borne originally opened its doors in November 2019.

After a really promising start, the business was forced to close its doors due to the global pandemic.

Knowing that our community needed us more than ever, we quickly transitioned the business to offer online classes live via Zoom.

A lot has happened in the relatively short time this small, independent business has been open, but let’s fast forward to August 2022!

After teaching at the studio for some time, and managing the studio for 6 months, Karine, along with her partner Jay (the current owners), purchased the business.

Owning a Yoga Studio in a post Covid world has had many ups and downs, but with renewed vision and passion, and the love and support of our amazing community of Yogis, Yoga Borne continues to grow and flourish!

The values of Yoga Borne are compassion, connection, and community.

A welcoming and supportive space for everyone and every-body to come as they are and do what works for them!

Offering accessible and inclusive Yoga classes and wellbeing experiences to support and enhance your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Much more than just a space to practice Yoga, we host regular indie markets championing other small businesses in Birmingham, cinema nights, sacred ceremonies, and we love to take Yoga out into the community during the Summer months, where we host Yoga in the Park in collaboration with local parks.

I love the supportive & welcoming atmosphere at the studio. There is also no pressure to do things perfectly that I’ve had elsewhere.
