For those 14 weeks+ in their pregnancy journey.

Our Pregnancy Yoga class provides you with a safe space to connect to your body, your baby, and a community of women.

Providing a calming experience, whilst simultaneously preparing your flexibility, stamina, and mental focus for your birth.

Our highly qualified Pregnancy Yoga teacher, Rebecca, will offer you guidance and tools to calm your nervous system, relax your body and focus the mind.

This practice is also welcome to women who are not yet pregnant but may be embarking on this journey soon!

Please note: The studio and guide require that you fill in some information before attending your first practice.

Please email the studio or arrive 15 minutes before your class to do this, and have a chat with your teacher.

This class is also available to join online- please contact the studio prior to making an online booking.

GOOD TO KNOW

We have a fully equipped studio with everything you will need for your practice, but you are more than welcome to bring anything that offers you comfort and support.

Free herbal teas on tap - please ask your teacher for the suitable selection for pregnancy.

We suggest you bring a bottle of water, but we do have water available in the studio.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move and relax in.

Please try to arrive 10 minutes early for the class to speak to the teacher if necessary, and settle yourself down.

PRICING

Our pregnancy Yoga offering is very popular in Birmingham, and once you join the class you will see why!

We suggest booking in advance to secure your space, and we operate a waitlist if the class is fully booked.

Our “drop in” option is £16 or you can buy a 4 week block and save £10.

Purchasing the block guarantees your weekly spot for the month.

Our class takes a break during August, but please contact the studio to check what other classes are available for pregnancy.

HOW TO BOOK

You can book via the website by clicking here and scrolling across to the date of the class for a drop in class.

4 week block booking will return for September 2024.
