Welcome to Karma Hour with Yoga Borne!

We are always trying to think of ways we can improve our small business, make Yoga more accessible and inclusive, and further support our community.

Studio Owner, Karine is also very passionate about supporting new Yoga teachers.

The initial teacher training is just the start of the journey, and she herself found that it really matters to have people around you who will support you.

So, we put all this together, and have created YB Karma Hour.

Selected Sundays, you can join us 5-6pm for a 50% discounted class.

PLEASE NOTE:

Your booking through the online shop will be for the next available Sunday Karma Hour, and you will receive an email notification to confirm the date and your space.

Beginner friendly, with a combination of our very popular BEGIN & SLOW FLOW classes. Plus, introduction to breathing practices and meditation, ending in a lovely relaxation (Savasana).

This class will be guided by a newly qualified teacher, helping them to grow and flourish in their role, and be of the best service to you!

60 minute studio class = £6

60 minute online class = £3

If you are a monthly member, you can choose whether to use 1 x credit for the class and book via Glofox, or take advantage of 50% off and book via the YB online shop.

If you are a pay as you go member, just book through our FREE Glofox app, and you will pay 50% off.

The usual warm and friendly Yoga Borne welcome, all equipment provided, FREE herbal teas and sweet treats – just at 50% off.

The teacher, Shani, is a long time member of the Yoga Borne Community, who was inspired to go on her own teacher training journey from her classes and the community at the studio.
