We are absolutely BUZZING to bring you Friday evenings of Movement is Medicine with Claire from @alittleselfclaire

THE PERFECT FRIDAY NIGHT OF GOOD CLEAN FUN!

“Movement is Medicine on a Friday evening is an alternative way to experience a fitness class + meet new people. Creating a community through music on a Friday night will leave you feeling like you have been raving! 

This method is a combination of science, fitness, rhythm, music + movement. Guided through your body with techniques to help you release stress, observe your body + self- regulate. 

Music is a key element to the practice, we focus on guiding you through your body as we take you on a journey through music. Connecting to your natural rhythm through BPM, percussion + most importantly, the drums! 

Experience a new creative way to spend your Friday night. Yoga Borne will offer some refreshments after the class to let accompany your post MIM glow.”

MIM is a combination of science, fitness, rhythm, music and movement. A practise of nervous system regulation, stress release and the ultimate mind-body connection.

An important part of the practise is the music with a focus on drums, percussion and BPM. Creating a journey through music allowing your body to find its natural rhythm. Playlists consist of genres from disco, soul, jazz house, afro beats to garage and jungle.

This is an experience like no other - exhilarating yet deeply relaxing all in one!

This is a movement experience for EVERY-BODY - no matter what size, shape, fitness level you are at. Come as you are, do what works for you, and enjoy!

This class is suitable for all abilities, please inform Claire of any medical conditions prior to the class.

We suggest wearing layers as your body temperature will fluctuate during the practice.

Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

Water refill and FREE herbal teas available at the studio.

All equipment you need will be provided.
