Yoga teaches you to understand your body and provides a calming experience, whilst simultaneously preparing your flexibility, stamina, and mental focus for your birth, strengthening the bond between you and your baby.
The breathing practices during Pregnancy Yoga can help to open the chest and improve circulation to both mother and baby, ensuring a better supply of oxygen to the blood.
Improved control of breathing during labour also helps reduce stress for you and the baby. These tools enable you to calm your nervous system, relax your body and calm your mind.
Soft yet strong, our expert guide will lead you through a journey of connecting to body, breath, and baby.
Our classes are carefully curated by a highly experienced and specially qualified teacher.
All equipment is provided fror your comfort.
PLEASE NOTE: You are required to be 14 weeks + in your pregnancy journey to join a class.
Other classes on our schedule are not suitable for pregnancy.
You are required to fill in an online disclaimer prior to your first class.

Single class purchase is for the next available Tuesday from your booking.
4 week course starts from the next available Tuesday from your booking, and is 4 consecutive weeks. You cannot select certain dates.
You must be registered on the Glofox booking app and sign the studio PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionairre).
