Women Gather: The Sturgeon Moon Edition

£13.00

Welcome to Women Gather!

A safe, nurturing and supportive space for women only to join together each month.

Hosted by Studio Owner, Karine, who intertwines her passion and knowledge of seasonal and lunar living, as well as specialist training in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Women’s Wellbeing, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation).

Explore embodied movement including slow flow and Yin Yoga, meditation, relaxation and more.

There will be an opportunity to introduce yourself, and share with your fellow sisters should you wish.

Each gathering will offer you the opportunity to participate as much or little as you wish.

As the gatherings are based around the moon cycle of 2025, you may want to bring a journal and each month make some notes before / during / after the gathering. This will result in your own personal, beautiful moon journal.

Come exactly as you are, and do what works for you!

All equipment is provided, but please do feel free to bring an extra pillow.

Wear clothes you can comfortably move and relax in. For the winter months, a warm pair of socks for relaxation is lovely.

Free herbal teas and sweet treats are available.

We look forward to welcoming you into our serene and sacred space.

Can’t join us in the studio? Book to join LIVE online via Zoom.

(Please make sure you book the correct ticket).

Many Blessings x

August welcomes the Sturgeon Moon. Read more about it below.

“The name Sturgeon Moon originates from Native American tribes, particularly those around the Great Lakes and other bodies of water in North America.

August was the peak season for catching sturgeon, a large fish found in these waters, which made it an important time for fishing.

The name was adopted to signify the abundance of this valuable resource.

The Sturgeon Moon is often associated with themes of abundance, resilience, and perseverance.

Spiritually, it symbolizes strength and tenacity, drawing from the sturgeon's status as an ancient, enduring creature that thrives in challenging environments.”
