Studio Owners Karine & Jay are delighted to invite you to the Yoga Borne Autumn / Winter Day Retreat.

Step away from the hustle and bustle of life, for a day to breath and relax deeply, enjoy great food, great company, Yoga and wellbeing, and connection to nature.

In brief, hygge (pronounced hoo-ga), is about taking time away from the daily rush to be together with people you care about - to relax, recharge, and enjoy life's quieter pleasures.

Think of cosiness, comfort, sharing a nourishing meal together, being with family or friends, slowing down, taking time to appreciate the small moments.

And that’s exactly what we will be doing on our Autumn / Winter Day Retreat, inspired by the Danish concept of Hygge!

Our day will begin with tea and biscuits.

We will then settle down and prepare our sacred space for the day together.

Embodied movement and Yin Yoga will help us to relax and release deep into the body and mind.

Intertwining the concepts of Hygge and seasonal living along our way, our lunch will be a 2 course seasonally inspired meal.

Connect to nature with an outdoor exploration and meditation practice.

Snuggle up for deep relaxation.

Finishing the day with tea and cake!

Our retreat will be held in a beautiful rural location in Worcestershire, less than 1 hour away from the studio.

2 course lunch and refreshments throughout the day are included, and of course a lovely Yoga Borne seasonal goody bag to take home.

We cannot wait to share this truly special day with you!
