Spring is a time of new beginnings; energy starts to move outward and expand.

After the darkness and hibernation of Winter, we start to welcome back the lightness and brightness that Spring brings.

A time associated with the wood element, new beginnings, growth, and transformation!

“Step into Spring” with this day retreat in a stunning rural location, less then 1 hour from Birmingham.

Full address details will be given on booking, plus we will have a WhatsApp group for car sharing, or trains are available from both New Street and Moor Street if you prefer.


WHAT TO EXPECT

* You will be welcomed with tea, fresh fruit, and healthy snacks.
* Explore a Spring awakening inspired Slow Flow practice.
* Weather permitting, we will head outside for some nature exploration and meditation.
* Vegan seasonal lunch lovingly prepared by your hosts.
* Settle down for a relaxing and restorative Yin Yoga practice with a focus on the Liver (organ of Spring).
* Explore the grounds.
* Closing and reflection.
* Optional wild swimming.



If you don’t fancy the swim, then why not come along to enjoy the beautiful scenery or pop into the local pub for a cuppa or tipple.

Hosted by studio owners Karine and Jay who will welcome you into a supportive, fun and friendly space for the day.

Karine is an experienced Yoga teacher, Reiki Healer and space holder with a passion for nature and Earth based wisdom.

This will be intertwined into the day, as we explore seasonal self-care from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (Eastern) perspective and the upcoming turning of the wheel to Spring Equinox.

This will be a truly nurturing and nourishing day, with freedom to explore what you need and is right for you in body, mind, and spirit.
